  I met Jean at an educational session offered by my employer and, in order to receive additional tips and ideas from him, added my name to his email list.
  Soon afterwards, Jean sent an invitation to begin a weight loss/training program at a price that couldn’t be beat! I signed up to begin my journey toward better health and improved fitness. To prepare a workout geared specifically to me Jean started by asking for my goals and the ‘trouble’ areas I would like to see changed.
  Having suffered injuries in a fall several years earlier, Jean prepared a program that was achievable given my limitations. After 3 months of following the personalized healthy eating and exercise regimen I was down 15 pounds and two dress sizes. I felt more energetic, had a reduced craving for sugar and looked forward to my next session with him. If I was in pain, Jean was able to provide muscle and joint manipulations to ease the discomfort.
  I continued working out with Jean for a year and a half - becoming stronger and fitter with each visit. Changes in my employment resulted in conflicts with my sessions but Jean prepared me well for continuing the workouts at home. As I said when I first met him, I want to be able to stand tall and walk quickly well into my eighties. Through his instruction and guidance, I have every confidence that I will!
