    Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Delicious complementary breakfast. Gym was clean and convenient. Great stay in the middle of downtown Halifax. Hotel was easy to find and parking was right by the hotel. Convenient to ice skating, restaurants, and other attractions. Rooms were clean ans well-stocked. Beds are very comfortable.

    Everything was just ok. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with only one waffle machine it can be a long wait. Room was clean and very comfy bed.

    Stayed here a second time with my two kids and we had a fantastic view and were high up which the kids thought was cool. Loved the swimming pool and had a great breakfast. We were able to have hot chocolate in the evening and a little snack. Great time

    Comfy beds and nice modern decor. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was good and when waffle maker was causing problems the attendant made and delivered a waffle to my husband. Kudos to the management and staff. Thanks so much for everything! Staff wenyt above and beyond!

    Stayed here for 3 nights for the Diabetes Canada Conference. Clean and tidy room. Good size. All the necessities are covered and provided if you forget anything like toothpaste and toothbrush or combs etc. Quiet and not in a noisy neighborhood, although i didn't really find that to be an issue in this city. Eveything is pretty calm. It is conveniently located to all the important and nice things to see in the city (waterfront, casino, convention center, restaurants, citadel, historic properties and more)
    The staff is accommodating and helpful in terms of recommendations and providing tips about getting around.
    Breakfast is complimentary and it was good. Nothing too extravagant or fancy. I did not like the scrambled eggs they were a bit too rubbery, if that makes sense. The waffles were great, pastries, and pancakes.
    Would stay here again if I'm in the city.

    I was in attendance of a conference at the Hampton Halifax and was very impressed by the facilities and the food. The room was large with comfortable seating for 20-25. There was a projector, screen and touch controls for the conference room. There was a very nice espresso, latte, coffee machine and excellent pastries. The buffet style lunch was excellent with tons of flavor and gluten free and vegan options. Highly recommend the Hampton for hosting a small professional event
