(June 28, 2020, 8:58 pm)We purchased a Handicare Stairglide about five years ago, when we moved my mother into our home. I did quite a bit of research and found that this product is much more dependable than others on the market. Mom has since passed, but I need it now unfortunately. Since it wasn’t used for about a year, I needed a service call. Curtis came up the same day that I called and found that the batteries were dead. He was able to replace them the same day!
Great prices, great service. What more can you ask for! -

He is very thorough in his assessments and always provides our residents with all the options, with zero pressure to buy! Curtis delivers and provides training on how to use the equipment. If a service call is needed, he is extremely responsive and will make sure he accommodates a time that works best for our residents. His customer service is top notch!
