(April 10, 2017, 2:11 am)We had our son's 5th birthday here, it was hands-down the best party ever! The staff was beyond incredible. They took care of everything, the decorations, the setup, the food, the entertaining of the kids. Honestly it was the easiest party I have ever done! Instructors were so great with the kids. All of the kids had a blast, we will definitely be having another party here in the future!!

(August 21, 2012, 8:13 pm)Sun Hang Do classes provide an excellent training experience in martial arts. The instructors are not only knowledgeable, but also patient and friendly. There is plenty of personal attention from the instructors in an environment that isn't judgmental. Aside from the training itself, each class is a great and enjoyable workout.

His strength, endurance and coordination have all improved considerably. I cannot say enough good things about the level of instruction at PoCo Sun Hang Do. They are truly committed to their students and provide a fun atmosphere for all. They have even inspired me to get out on the mat and start training. It is a pleasure to be part of such a supportive community.
