(August 4, 2020, 10:51 pm)Amazing service, and really friendly staff. Super helpful, and gave me everything I've wanted in my dream road bike. Stephen Kim was AMAZING! He helped fit me on my brand new bike I bought from BSP and I couldn't be anymore happier. I broke my PBs that week and have never ridden with so much power, efficiency, and comfort. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I had, and I'll definitely be choosing BSP for all my future bike needs and gear!

It was imported in and the guys I bought it off told me they weren't professionals at building bikes and I should get it tuned up. I brought it to Bicycle Sports Pacific after first being quoted $320.00 at another bike shop and a 3 week wait. They got me in right away, had my bike done within a week, and only charged me the flat rate of $100 for the tune up, but they went above and beyond on my bike and could have easily charged my twice as much for the work they did. I am new into mountain biking and I really appreciate them for going out of their way to make the best of a bike that may have not even been worth the purchase. As far as I am concerned there won't be any other place I shop at as I progress into this new hobby.
