(December 31, 2019, 1:27 am)Ya know... I like this place. Good guys.. Great products. But i dont know about you but whenever i have any warranty issue I'm not charged for any labour. This just doesn't seem right to me. A warranty generally makes me feel at ease after spending over 2k on any item. Not anymore. I've reported it.. And i guess I'll see what transpires. 4 stars still. As i say.. Good guys.. Great products.. Horrible warranty program. I was livid. But I'd still recommend ebike bc.

(September 27, 2019, 11:37 pm)I’ve been riding my Envo D35 regularly for almost 5 months now and it has transformed my driving and exercise routines. I mostly use power assist level one, moving up to levels 2 and 3 only on hills. I complete a 70 km ride around trails in Greater Victoria and still have more than half the battery capacity left. The bike is considerably lighter than those owned by friends, so it’s easy to move around and lift up if necessary. Ali and his staff have been a pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable and pay a lot of attention to your needs when you are trying to decide what bike to buy. My bike arrived promptly after I ordered it and the small amount of assembly required was easy. If you have questions they are answered quickly. All in all, a very pleasant consumer experience. I recently had a very minor issue and Ali helped me figure it out and very quickly we were able to fix the problem. Turns out my bike was dirty and so the magnet sensors were not responding ha ha. Anyway, I would highly recommend Ebike Bc. My experience with them has been very good. Solid honest company. Solid product .No complaints.

(December 23, 2018, 8:48 pm)My 1st electric bike kit ever and I love it! Basically converted my Schwinn Meridian into electric with their 500W kit and it runs like a complete dream. Knowledgeable staff. Ask them anything from the battery cells to where the kits are manufactured and they'll tell you in a second. They won't try to upsell you or BS you. Installed the kit myself. It will take you almost all day but the satisfaction is well worth it. Owned it for half a year now with 0 problems. Quality product with a quality business.
