(December 30, 2019, 3:03 am)We drove in from Seattle and were concerned we'd be late and phoned the shop. They told us they'd stay open until we got there. Wow! Great service! The equipment was new and everything went very smoothly for the two days we went skiing. Good prices and great service. Highly recommended!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service received from start to finish at Reckless!! I think for me, even more importantly was the fact that these guys have thought of everything regarding your experience whether it’s skiing on the mountain or riding around town. These guys are so welcoming it was like borrowing equipment from a friend. I highly recommend this company and wish them the best of success. They have such a great location, awesome equipment, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, we will certainly be back. Thanks again fellas, we look forward to the next time!!! James D and the kids

(December 28, 2019, 5:00 pm)We had an amazing experience with Reckless Shipyards in North Vancouver. We rented skis, boots and poles for my teenage son for a few days. From the time I entered the shop until I returned the equipment we were treated exceptionally well. Their ski equipment is brand new. The employee took the boots right out of the box! They have very competitive prices and the customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend them.I was just so impressed with the service from Tony Sun and his team!Thanks so much! We will be renting from you again!

(December 26, 2019, 7:49 pm)Awesome place with super friendly and knowledgable staff!! We went skiing up the local mountain and the whole experience was so seamless with Tony and the Reckless team. Would highly recommend any Vancouver locals or travellers to go here as there first point of call for Ski or Bike rental needs!

(October 27, 2019, 1:58 am)This place has super clean and modern electric bikes, very helpful with local areas to visit and what bike paths to take. Price was very reasonable, and included helmet and wind proof gloves (no cold hands!) This was my first time on an electric bike and it was a blast! Ended up going around 16 miles and didn’t get worn out at all! I only wish I had decided to rent them out in the morning so I could have got several more hours sight seeing in. Would highly recommend them!
