  I started Prenatal Yoga with Kasia half way through my pregnancy. I was having a lot of back and hip pain and I thought I would try prenatal yoga to help alleviate the discomfort. Kasia was so awesome with giving me extra stretches, etc. She also told the class different poses and techniques to help with labour. Would highly recommend her classes.

  I began prenatal yoga with Kasia when I was 32 weeks pregnant and it made all the difference for me. I left each class feeling rejuvenated and content. Kasia is passionate, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I can’t wait to take her mommy and baby classes soon!

  The prenatal yoga class helped me not only physically but mentally prepare for labour. The small class size and setting ensures that the students all receive adequate direction and provides a bonding experience for the participants. The studio was very comfortable and parking was easy. The yoga passes were convenient and easy to keep track of. I highly recommend Kasia's prenatal yoga class for any mom-to-bes in the area. She is also a doula so she provided a lot of helpful tips for getting through the labour process. I cant wait to be able to go back either for baby yoga or for hatha yoga...

  My fiance bought Kasia's pre-natal yoga couples workshop as a Valentine's gift. I was really surprised and impressed by the information and tools Kasia taught us to use during the labour of our baby (our first, due in June). I feel so much more empowered and calmer knowing how my fiance can support me physically during that time. Kasia's approach was hands-on and extremely practical whilst also very cheeky and fun that made the whole 90 minutes very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this workshop for any expectant mothers and their partners.

  I took prenatal classes with Kasia and really enjoyed them. She's personable and knowledgeable and gives great information on how to deal with different aspects of pregnancy during and after/postpartum. She's more than just a yoga teacher. I think she's truly passionate about what she does and you can see it in her work with moms-to-be. I look forward to taking other classes with her after I give birth. Thank you Kasia!
