  IF Port Moody is an amazing place. The culture is both about excellence AND encouragement at the same time. They and their clients are totally involved in giving back to their community - especially to ensure lower income kids get the chance to play community sports. All this and a wonderful atmosphere...why go anywhere else?

  Joining Innovative fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’m in the best shape of my life at the age of 39 and I have accomplished goals and competed in events that I never thought I could do. I was struggling with some back issues before I joined and now my back feels healthy and strong. Thanks Innovative for your expertise and friendship!

  I have been training at IF for over 6 years and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the overall experience at IF.
  
  My fitness and body composition have never been better. The real bonus has been all the activities and events that Kris and his team organize.
  
  The Adventure Challenge and Whistler 50 relay race really took me out of my fitness comfort zone and I just had a blast doing those.
  
  Thanks IF for keeping this 56 year in shape, healthy and happy.

  I have been coming to IF Port Moody for 3 years and over that time I have had a chance to work with many great trainers and I have seen tremendous results. Kris is keen to find out your personal fitness goals and prepares a plan that will get you there! The trainers are very experienced and tailor individual workouts to your personal needs. They are very encouraging no matter what your level of fitness is! Jen, at the front desk, is also very professional and helpful. I am thrilled that I found IF Port Moody and that I am getting the personal training that allows me to reach my fitness goals!....keep up the great work!

  I have been training at IF Port Moody for 3 years now and at 52 I'm in the best shape that I have been in since I was a teen. Kris and his entire team, from Jen at the front desk, Colton our trainer down to the new fresh out of University trainers are all great at their jobs. Its great when we walk in to the gym and all the trainers know you and yell out your name.
  My wife, son and I train together and we consider all the IF staff as one big family and our friends.
