(March 25, 2019, 3:48 am)I have been going to oxygen yoga for over a year and it is by far the best workout i have ever had! I love the Fast and Furious as well as the Bar class , Butt class and the Box fit. Every instructor is amazing ! I tell everyone to go there!! Thank you

(October 19, 2018, 3:59 pm)I love this place, I joint their yoga class for the first time in July. I was struggling with mental health, anxiety and this place changed my life!!! I wish I was able to afford their monthly membership. I would love to go 7 days a week, amazing fineness classes they do offer!! So Clean, cozy room with beautiful candels I LOVE IT. Wonderful place with great staff, I highly recommend to anyone to try it out! Thank you amazing oxygen yoga Port Moody for changing my life........ :)

Thank you! Recommend trying the week pass! Lots of class options and times to choose from. Yoga, barre, toning, boxing. It’s all offered here!
