  This was my favorite playground on the island as a kid, and it's my kids' favorite playground 25 years later. It's fenced in, has good sight lines if you aren't under the covered area, a toddler-dedicated play area, astroturf, sandpit, multiple swingsets, and the best curly slide ever! You can't race down the slides like you could with the old green and yellow ones that were side by side, but it's still a fantastic place for kids to play! Highly recommended, parents!

  3 large play structures. One for young ones and 2 for older ones as well as a sand box and swings. Would be nice if they put in some shade.

  Probably my favorite park to bring the kids to. I have three of them so I really appreciate that it's fenced in. There are lots of play structures for kids at all play levels. Nice covered picnic area and clean washrooms as well.
  
  This park also offers a fantastic view of the ocean and islands. 10/10 would recommend.

  Nice view of the islands from there. Good parking. A nice covered picnic area. Clean washrooms. A great place to walk along the seashore.

  Right on the ocean, this is a jewel of a park, with a number of activities for children, teens and adults. It has an excellent playground, a skateboard rink, and a beach volleyball court. It has stunning views of Mount Baker to the east over the Georgia Strait. Sidney residents are tempted to stroll, walk and jog along the measured sidewalk. This park is popular and well-used, but never crowded. Public BBQ facilities and picnic tables available. Washrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible.

The waterfront walkway has been upgraded and is scooter friendly. To the south of Tulista Park is the newly refurbished Lochside Walkway, which continues south all the way to the North Saanich border.
