(March 1, 2020, 11:10 pm)I tried their first class free. I actually had a great time and a really good workout. It was a fun and challenging class and the instructor was really nice and motivational. Unfortunately the classes here are out of my price range.

(January 28, 2020, 5:44 am)I love the vibe here and the instructors! They’re all so sweet and knowledgeable. The classes are hard so you always feel like you’re getting your moneys worth! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my core strength since joining a couple months ago. It’s also always very clean and the classes aren’t over crowded:)

(January 7, 2020, 5:45 am)The girls here are all so lovely and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable before and during my first class. The workouts are awesome and like nothing I’ve tried before. If you’re hesitant to try, don’t be! You won’t regret it.
