The workouts are amazing and you leave feeling like you have really worked hard.. because YOU HAVE! The music, group classes and support that you get is so awesome. Feels totally non judgmental and the music is on point! If you have a hard time pushing yourself to the limit on your own like me, definitely recommend orange theory!! You won’t regret it.

(August 12, 2021, 5:32 pm)I've tried out a few gyms in the Westshore area. Orangetheory was best for me. These are the reasons why:
- I can clearly hear the instructors
- instructors watch you and correct you if needed
- music is energizing
- I'm encouraged to go at my own pace
- The changes in my mental and physical health were noticeable after a few weeks. It's the most effective workout I've experienced and the hour goes by quickly
- the class times I wanted were always available -
