The workouts are really intense and well planned-out, the instructors always help you with technique and form while keeping you motivated to give 110%. I have quite a few joint issues, they've always helped modify my workout to something that works for me. The 6-week challenge is amazing too, if you want to reach your weight loss goal in a shorter amount of time I recommend it! It takes dedication but it sure pays off.

The workouts will empower you!! It is one of the best workouts you will experience . I love all the changes that I now see both physically and mentally. The community of people you will encounter are great and supportive. Jesse and Kitty are fantastic trainers and are sincere in wanting you to succeed on your path to wellness. Yes there is a cost to the programs and memberships offered but if you put the work in the results will be priceless.

(July 25, 2018, 1:59 am)Amazing staff. Well planned workouts and great group of people to workout with. Jesse and Kitty are awesome coaches and run their classes with energy and motivation. It has been the most effective form of Group exercise I’ve tried so far, and have experimented with a lot from martial arts to Xfit.
