(March 15, 2022, 9:43 pm)Can't say enough great things! My original order was shipped promptly. Due to a busy season I was missing two pouches. The customer service was responsive and fabulous. My two missing pouches were shipped the next day. Seeds are great quality, not shorted, and I love their packaging (that comes with instructions). The butterfly sticker on my envelope made my daughter happy. They've gained a regular customer.

(September 9, 2020, 5:23 pm)I've never reviewed any business that wasn't a 4 or 5 star until now. Terrible communicators. OK. Maybe they're REALLY busy and I'm annoying them with asking questions about their online purchasing process (... straight to PayPal and no other confirmation to track packages that are sent by regular mail ($1.07 postage) so there's no tracking for $4 charge - a label, an envelope). Their site says "Contact Us". What a joke. NEVER have they responded. 2 emails. 2 phone calls. And now my small order finally arrived and the seeds are the wrong colour. Of course, I've communicated this to them. Perhaps I'll wait another two weeks, and the correct seeds will come. I sure would hate to receive any kind of communication from them. Here's hoping their organic seeds are amazing.
Update 9 Sept 2020 - I finally connected with Coral, who explained that they were overwhelmed with orders during Covid. She was very apologetic and fessed up to going into email / voicemail shutdown mode. I hope they can improve their order processing. Today I received my original order for WHITE foxgloves PLUS some other WHITE seeds for my ... WHITE garden. Thank you. I love the effect of a monotone white garden especially at night. -

(August 17, 2020, 8:49 pm)I’ve purchased seeds from this company twice and both transactions were pleasant. I really loved the diversity and quality of the various seeds sold. My first purchase was three varieties of cherry tomatoes, lime basil, speckled lettuce, kale, French radish, cilantro and parsley. I called today and had an amazing 25 minute conversation about what seeds could work for my balcony garden as it transitions into fall. They are very knowledgeable, passionate and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends or family to this small business as my preference is to shop local. I will be purchasing through them going forward as they were helpful and the quality of seeds are great.
