(July 7, 2021, 6:27 pm)I had an extremely grounding and very relaxing session on the PEMF mat. Jill made me feel very welcome, relaxed and comfortable. It was just like a deep rest for my body and mind. I had a few pains, one on my ankle and another on my back that were gone after this session, I wasn't even expecting that to happen! She played soothing meditative music and I can't wait for my next session.
