She is the only person I trust with my RMT needs and has kept me sane, mobile, and whole with her expertise. She started Iava and has an amazing team from front to back. Today she snuck me in after a cancellation and made my day. Don’t forget to be creative in your Christmas needs and shop local. I gave out gift cards for Iava last year and plan again this year. So stop searching on Google for another RMT and book here. She is usually booking in advance (a good sign) so do yourself a favour and be proactive! 😊

(May 10, 2021, 11:58 pm)I had a fantastic massage with Kate-Lynn today! Yesterday I pulled a muscle in my lower back that was so bad I could barely move or even roll over while laying down. Well, I left with full movement and almost no pain! I was quite surprised to be honest. She also introduced me to cupping, which I discovered I really enjoy. Thank you Kate-Lynn for enabling me to move again! You are a goddess. I will be back & recommending to all my friends. :)
