  Great steam room, dry sauna and hot tub. Has a decent sized pool, and a small but functional fitness centre. Good parking available, accessible

  Well run facility, with a smaller weight room but the pool is great. There is both wet and dry saunas for you to enjoy. The wet steam room was 58 degrees and the hot tub 40 degrees. Very pleasant. There is water aerobic classes at various times thru the week which have some great instructors. Very good bus service with the number 1 going by every 15 minutes and the 94 every 30 minutes. The only knock would be that they need someone to clean and wipe up the change room floors a bit more often as some disrespectful patrons track sand and dirt into the room even though they have signage asking for the removal of outdoor footwear.

  I've been here a couple of times and every time I've been here, I've always had a good experience. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always ready to assist.
  Their equipment are fantastic, well maintained and they have enough equipment that you don't have stand and wait around. Nobody bothers anyone or looks down at you here.
  I love this place, I feel comfortable here and totally never insecure. I recommend this facility to anyone who is nervous to work out or intimidated to go to a gym. The staff here are wonderful.

  We have been doing lessons here for almost 7 years. The front end staff are super friendly and the instructors are great. They have a low turn over on staff which is great as the instructors get to know the kids and parents.

  Small gym, decent pool, it works only because it's close. Something is almost always being repaired or is closed. If it's busy, don't bother going in, you'll have to wait in line to go in the pool. Otherwise, change rooms can be dirty, missing soap in the dispensers (usually on Sunday afternoons). Again, convenient, but don't go out of your way to visit.
