I've attended three stretch classes. As a coach in aesthetic sports, I feel I was able to learn a lot from Lauren's class. Not only was the class content sound, but the delivery was equally great. I'm not a pole fitness kind of guy, but I would recommend Embrace to anyone interested in learning how to become more flexible in a safe environment.

This studio has a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! I love the lighting and colors they use here. It's always clean and I love that it's extremely spacious. It makes a really nice environment to dance in. The owner and instructors are extremely knowledgeable and obviously very skilled in what they are teaching. The location is really convenient for me as I live on the south-side and it's really nice that they always have parking!
