  Franco has trained me for two rugby seasons . The thing I appreciated most about Franco is that I he did a functional movement assessment to hone in the areas that suffered from lack of mobility/flexibility. With that knowledge he created a plan just for me. Understanding that I am an amateur athlete (with a Monday to Friday job) he crafted a plan that would work around my personal and professional schedule yet still allow me to achieve my fitness goals. Because of all this I have experienced significant gains in all areas, greater mobility and power. Thanks to Franco I have enjoyed two seasons playing(and competing!) in Alberta's top division of rugby.

  Franco is a true professional and is always knowledgeable about the way the body works and how each individual can get the most out of his/her training. The classes are great and the advice is always personalized making each and every workout produce results, and at the end of the day, that's what we all want to see, isn't it? I've worked out doing various things my entire life but I have never had the results I've wanted anywhere other than with Franco.

  I was always a hit or miss in regards to getting fit, but once I joined the COGO group I was consistent with my workouts. What made the difference was Franco and the group. Franco is very motivating and inspires you to achieve more because you simply can. The group is also motivating because it's social and people are here to support one another. I want all types of people from beginners to experts to rejuvenate the athlete that lies within all of us, join me and our group. Thank you COGO!

  Great classes. Great motivator. Not for the week. You will become a better and healthier you. I did and I am still getting better every week. If you are ready to turn your life and health around then come see Franco. He'll make you work harder than ever before but it will be so worth it when you look at yourself in 3 months.

  Changed my life! There's definitely a method to Franco's madness and it's very obvious he's a very educated trainer so I trust him and his techniques. My Karate practice has improved so much plus I'm down 2 pant sizes!!! The biggest thing that has changed for me is that my office work related RSI hasn't come back since I started training at COGO.
