"We don't use machines, we build them!" comes to life when flipping tires, doing burpees or hanging from the bars! The camaraderie in the group setting keeps me motivated, driven and always striving for my personal best. Counting reps on a machine? No, thanks!
A mention to all the other trainers over the years at Platoon who have helped along my fitness journey to gain the physical strength, knowledge, motivation and perseverance. I'm in the best shape of my life!

He is always motivating me and pushing me further than I ever thought I could go. The gyms itself is always clean, and such a fun, pleasant environment. I encourage everyone I know to go to his gym
