    I signed up for training program with Female First Responder Fit for Duty. There’s a huge amount of variety with excellent communication and organization. The coaches are very attentive and they provide a full package of physical fitness, mental health, and nutrition. Incredibly challenging, but tailored to your capacity as well. I’m really quite impressed with the progress made in a short block. Boyfriend notices, I notice. It’s a good thing.

    The community of people is something I really underrated though. You sign up for a program like this with selfish intentions, but when you notice the impact you have on others in the group with motivation and support, it gives the added benefit of warm fuzzies. Good stuff. I hope to keep this up.

    Been with them for a month now. Haven't really been going to classes consistently due to my work schedule. But all the classes I have been to were very fun. All the trainers and coaches are well informed and educated in their fields. If you want to learn and get some professional training then heroic athletics is for you. Best investment so far this year.

    It's been a very positive experience since joining Heroic. I originally joined just expecting some regular gym classes. Heroic has gone above and beyond my expectations, and I've never been happier. The classes are always different, the coaches are very personable and the communication is top notch.

    They go way beyond anything I've ever experienced. It's been a phenomenal journey, and I continue to enjoy every bit of it. You don't feel judged or embarrassed coming into the gym. You're given a purpose, and goals, and they help you meet them.
