  I struggled with night terrors for over 20 years from traumatic events in my 20's. When I married my husband he said I couldn't sleep with the light on anymore. He has been patient and kind whenever I wake up in absolute uncontrollable terror. It was suggested to me that I go to Heather for another item but then my friend said why don't you get her to work on your night terrors. I can't believe it after 20 years after just one visit I have never had another night terror. It's been over a year now and not once have I woke up screaming or frozen in fear. Thank you Heather for helping me change my world.

  Thank you for the gift of teaching that you possess and your willingness to not only share your knowledge but to also invest a piece of yourself in each of us (your students) as we expand our horizons. Your huge personality, your humour and your strength are amazing, THE BEST sort of energy!   Having gone through many different types of therapy in my life, I can definitely say after seeing Heather I noticed an actual difference. I would recommend her services to anyone who feels like they need more than just someone to talk to, or to analyze them. Expect changes you didn't even know were possible.

  I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Heather in many contexts. As a therapist, instructor, mentor and colleague. As a therapist, Heather changed my life! She helped me work through some intense trauma and reach a place of peaceful acceptance and understanding in the matter of two sessions! Heather has an incredible skill, that I have yet to see mastered in any other hypnotherapist of being able to fundamentally reframe any negative situation or limiting belief into a powerful tool of personal growth. In my experience, regardless of what I'm working on, there is always a moment in a session with Heather, where it all comes together and undeniable transformation and release takes place. This woman is a force in the field of self love and I passionately recommend her services to anyone looking to create meaningful change in their lives.
