Amazing atmosphere with classes, 1:1 personal training, or just going in to train on your own. The proshop is always stocked with protein powders/bars, supplements, On Top Athletic Wear clothing and Adrenaline gear.

(April 11, 2018, 5:36 pm)An accommodating gym for any type of person; beginner and competitive strength athletes, lifestyle clients, bodybuilders, etc. No matter which category you fall under, you will fit in with the family like atmosphere. It has all the standard equipment, plus pieces of equipment you won’t find anywhere else in the city. The gym has regular weekly group training classes, or trainers are available for one on one training and/or meal plans. As a bonus, you can do your supplement and athletic wear shopping all in the same place, as there is a fully stocked pro shop located right at the gym!

(April 11, 2018, 5:32 pm)Amazing facility with trainers who are invested in getting you the results you want. Great equipment for all types of athletes who want to get strong or just in great shape. Best strongman coach in Sask hands down. The real difference with this place is the fitness community that you join when you train here. Feels like a huge family that is dead set on helping you reach your goals and pushing you even further! 15/10 would highly recommend!
