She has given me the confidence and know-how to surpass my goals not only in the gym but also in daily life. (July 20, 2019, 7:25 pm)I’ve been attending the Strength Training for Women classes since January and I love them! Florence is super encouraging and knows so much about how the body works. I started attending after finishing physio for chronic shoulder pain, and I’ve learned to train properly without any pain returning. I leave every class in a great mood! I highly recommend these classes for strength and confidence!

She is outcome focused, and I look forward to continual improvement from my sessions, which are run in a relaxed yet supportive environment.
