I've only tried this via Groupon. It was a good deal for a great price. I brought my friend along. My friend was even doubtful if we could finish the 10 sessions. But the workout is absolutely awesome, got more people hooked up and we'll be enrolling ourselves. It is not the usual boring repetitive movements. Having a friend as your sparing partner makes it fun and a great way of releasing your angst. Haha. Amazing instructors too.
