(September 27, 2018, 3:17 am)I discovered this place a year ago. Now, I go there regularly. Any soup for lunch, they have it delicious. It is a home cooking at its best. For $5.00 !!!??? And their sandwiches....
I love the bacon, the sausages, the best head cheese around. Good thing is, that they do not use preservatives. So, you better eat your sausage quickly or you put it in a freezer.
The hot mustard is for connoisseurs. So are the pickled vegetables.
When you are in Mansonville, summer or winter you will not regret to eat there. -

(November 7, 2017, 4:54 am)Absolutely delicious Polish sausage sandwiches! Add some spicy mustard too! Lovely Polish owner. We really liked the selection of products from Poland know the store too, such as their unique Polish beers you can't find elsewhere in Québec. I will come back for sure if I drive through this village in the future! Recommended.

(February 22, 2017, 2:05 am)They make their own smoked meat - and have the best smoked meat sandwich I've had anywhere. If you're skiing at Owl's Head or Jay, they are usually open until 6 or 7, so plenty of time to get there for home-made soup & sandwiches. If you get there before 5 (sometimes 5:30) grab pastries just a few doors down at Boulangerie Owl's Bread.
