(September 30, 2019, 2:40 pm)It's a perfect location, just steps from the beautiful bike path that connects North Hatley to Lennoxville, 5 minutes walk to the picturesque village of North Hatley, in the heart of the peaceful Scowen Park, amazing views of the Eastern Townships and near Sherbrooke too, the University is 12 minutes away by car. In addition the neighborhood is incredible, young families a gentile than the other, it is a very beautiful place to live and relax.
