(April 27, 2018, 11:01 pm)At first I thought it was okay though a bit understaffed. I have been an ICBC account owner off and on since I was around five years old. I asked the cost for cheques, they wouldn’t give me an exact rate; around $50 for 50 and around $60 for 100, whereas my old credit union gave cheques free with one plan and $28 for 100 with another plan. So I asked if they had complimentary cheques, and they asked me how old I was, missed the point entirely that I needed to write post dated cheques; then they said if it is just for that; as if it was all a joke. I should have phoned the online office. Felt like just another impersonal bank willing to get as much money as they can from customers regardless of anything else.
