Like most branches of ALL banks, the people serving you are limited in what they can do. Aryan at that branch ALWAYS says 'hello John" with a big smile. Stefania always smiles at me too, as do others who've been there for awhile. I do wish they wouldn't transfer out the managers so often; Mgr. Michel was great(4± years ago) and always ready to listen to a problem, including us buying a lake.
We had several accounts with BMO in various names or enterprises, for decades and knew staff quite well. Never once did I find them "bad"- such as is cited in other so-called 'reviews". Once explained, they reversed "bank charges" for us sometimes. This in about 600 visits over 15 years.
