I don't have any experience with any other Fix Auto location, but this location has respected their guaranteed work 7 years after the initial repair! I had a side of the car damaged in an accident, fortunately only the body and not the frame. Fix Auto repaired it and replaced a big piece and repainted. 6 years later I noticed that spot getting rusted while the rest of the body was fine. I approached them and mentioned that it must be their repair work that had a leak or something so it got rusted, despite me having done extensive anti-rust treatment every year. They replaced the entire part and redid the work at no charge. Amazing service in my experience.
