Update: I changed my 1 star review to a 3 star because I has a good experience at the appointment. I was seen right away after I gave all my papers. The technician was friendly, bi-lingual and very gentle. The exam was quick as well.
Horrible! The secretary I spoke to is so stupid! I asked to confirm an appointment i made on monday. I give her my date of birth and last name and she says she doesn't have me on record. She then asks for my medicare number, i swear in french under my breath and mention to her that I DID NOT GIVE MY MEDICARE NUMBER WHEN I CALLED LAST TIME! But I gave it to her anyways since she wanted it. She then puts me on hold and HANGS UP ON ME! I call back 5 times, I even continue for service in french thinking it might make a difference. It didn't the line kept cutting halfway through the first ring! SHE IS INTENTIONALLY CUTTING THE LINE! Fire this incompetent woman!
I had to call and use another phone option to speak to someone, and was able to EASILY confirm my appointment. i also made a complaint against the secretary who originally answered my call.
Great service! Was really fast and easy.
