Best in town! I’ve had my two Snow Lynx kittens along with my Rhodesian Ridgeback spayed at Animal Care West in the last 6 months. All three surgeries went beautifully well. The staff is extremely accommodating and very kind. I highly recommend it!
I went with a friend of mine with her Westie.
On her first visit, the poor girl was shaking.
She stopped as soon as Dr. Mesland took her in his arms.
He must give off good vibes.
He is compassion and caring. He communicates well and is willing to answer all questions asked.
The clinic is well worth the visit.
Well done Dr. Mesland.
They are the best!! I would recommend to everyone! Staff is amazing
My dog didn't feel good, without knowing that the clinic was closed that Friday (Thanksgiving holiday)I left a message. On Saturday, I received a call back from a nurse Marie-Lyne (if I'm not mistaken, sorry I was too nervous), she took messages remotely & gave us an appointment. For the 1st time in 13 years, we met a Veterinarian who took his time to listen to our observations, examine the animal and explain what was going on. For the 1st time, the doctor didn't push us to all kind of tests when we were asking him for, explaining why it's not necessary. All the staff is very nice and friendly. Do not hesitate to go to that clinic, your animal will be in a good, carrying hands.
Thank you for the exceptional care that was given to our puppy, Darcy. All the steps taken ,from making the appointment for surgery, to meeting the surgeon, to post -op follow up by Audrey-Ann , were professionally handled and we knew Darcy was in safe and caring hands. Going back to have the stitches removed only confirmed this , as he very happily bounded into the office with his tail wagging and a big smile on his face…a sign that he felt safe and happy here!
