(July 8, 2019, 11:16 pm)Had a deal for a trade-in thru email. Went to the store did the trade but realize back home that they charged me 60$ too much in the trade. Call back the day after asking for the refund, they didn't want to give it back to me. Asked a couple of times, they understand where it went wrong but won't give ma back my money.... Would not do business again

They shipped the G&L Bass guitar to Winnipeg I purchased from them in perfect condition, it was packed very well and came on time. Thank you so very much for your excellent customer service and for selling the finest G&L instruments.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my Monitor's May 1st just a few days after ordering them. The Monitor's look great and sound even better. I'm really happy with my purchase.
