  Office is [just] off-airport and shuttle not that easy to find but service was good and nice well maintained car. Would use again :)

  Although the car was good , I would prefer the the inspection done after I returned it was done the same way before I took it , no one came with me to show me how the options works ...I thought the lights goes on automatically but not so i run 200 miles without back lights so vehicles were constantly flashing at me ....

  I rented an SUV for 10 days, got an upgrade and was a brand new car! Was so happy. Overall it’s a great company with a very competitive price in a friendly atmosphere with great cars and wonderful service at check-in and -out and shuttle runs quickly. It demystify the all rental experience. Will rent again from them without hesitation. I highly recommend too.

  Was afraid due to some negative reviews I had read about long lines and waits at this rental agency. But, I only waited around 35 minutes for their shuttle, and when I got to their actual location, there was no one else there, and everything went great. I rented my car very quickly. I asked the two shuttle drivers who drove me to and from the airport about the scary reviews of long lines and long waits, and they said they are from customers all piling off of (mainly) European flights all at once, some on time but some having been delayed, during the tourist season. So, many people can show up all at once wanting their rental. I guess alot of their customers are European. Since I was during the off season I had a great experience. I had intended to do a one-way rental to Sherbrooke but changed my mind and drove the car back, which again was no problem.
