  Not quite the smoothest parking experience. When we arrived, the machine didn't recognize the QR code on the reservation. The attendant asked me to tap the credit card instead. This is not ideal as we later found out.
  
  Shuttle driver was nice and the back and forth to the gate was fine.
  
  When we got back, we didn't know we had to call in advance and since we tapped our card coming in, we had not received a valet ticket. It took a bit for them to locate the keys and such but the employees were helpful.
  
  When we tried to get out, it read our QR code but wasn't opening the gate as it had not registered us coming in. The attendant wanted us to swipe our card but it was asking for a 120$ payment, which we had already paid when booking. It took a bit but the attendant forced the gate open.
  
  All in all factor in an extra 20 minutes for the process.

  Had trouble when I got there as I paid ahead 1 month in advance. The machine didn't recognize my credit card and the staff didn't give me the right paperwork when I needed to pick up my car.
  
  It was nice that I called ahead when I landed and they brought my car to the front of the lot running and warm for when I arrived
