(March 5, 2019, 3:38 am)Went there twice so far as a guest with my friend. Very nice spot, clean and friendly staff. Well-lit and plenty of parking. Not too busy and you can find almost all machines and equipment you need for a good workout.

(February 20, 2019, 1:32 am)Very strange policies: like no thin wife-beater tank straps for men, but I see ladies wearing crop tops and spaghetti straps every time I go, without being warned by staff. A little discriminating and sexist in my opinion. It’s a medium size gym but I truly came for the Boomerang cash back program. I like how if you don’t like this location, you can go to the one in Hull or Gatineau with your card for no cost. It’s clean and organized but they are missing a few things. They should add velcro weights for the ankles as well as a heavy, hanging punching bag. I also have not seen any jump ropes, but I might be mistaken...
Also, be careful: when you’re having the first meeting with the staff to figure out which program/time frame works best for you, make sure to explore all the possible options and compare prices, it’ll save you money and keep you motivated. There is no way out of the contracts unless you have an official doctor’s note saying you cannot train anymore at all or you’re moving far away for business reasons, so be very careful.
This gym is great, but there’s room for improvement. -

(November 12, 2018, 12:10 am)Not a lot of membership options, however the one you sign up for isn't all bad - you receive money back for every visit per day. A good motivation to go. They have a good amount of machines and a sauna in the changing rooms. It's a medium-sized gym. The staff are polite and nice. It's really clean.
