(June 7, 2018, 11:59 pm)Je mentraine chez eux depuis maintenant 2 ans. En plus d'avoir les entraîneurs qualifiés et des coéquipiers motivés, j'ai appris à avoir confiance en moi et en mes capacités. Les exercices sont varies et nous formons une véritable communauté. En plus, je vois les résultats . Fini les gyms pour moi !

(February 12, 2018, 11:20 pm)I’ve been training at Patenaude Martial Arts since 2005 with a break for a few years in between and there is no place like it. The classes are intense and fun and the instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. I have trained at several of their schools and each one is equally fun, intense and exciting and you’re always made to feel welcomed and part of a close knit group. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into fantastic shape and learn an efficient and effective self defence system. And have fun doing it!!

(June 14, 2017, 7:23 pm)It's a bit hard to find but it offers great prices for the workouts, I personally go there on Tuesdays and Saturdays for the Sanshou Kickboxing but theres plenty of other types of workouts possible
