She helped identify my baby's tongue and lip tie and was there to support through the correction process and to help ensure my breastfeeding journey could continue successfully. (May 29, 2020, 7:26 pm)I called Rosa at a point when I hade intense anxiety and fear about breastfeeding my twins due to prior unsuccessful and painful attempts, but I was determined to be able to. She met with me right away and was able to identify lip and tongue ties, issues with my pumping routine (eg. wrong flange size), and most importantly assured me that I could be successful and there was no rush. After much work and dedication, I’m able to breastfeed my twins with ease. Rosa is also very kind and encouraging and helps you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities. Immediately after our meeting my stress and anxiety were lifted.

(May 28, 2020, 4:45 pm)I am so grateful to have found Rosa at the start of my breastfeeding journey! My newborn was having slow weight gain and difficulty latching. Rosa diagnosed the problem immediately as a tongue tie and referred us quickly for treatment. She was instrumental in providing me guidance and recommendations to establish breastfeeding including positioning techniques, treating/preventing clogged ducts, and a wealth of other information. I feel I would not have been able to establish breastfeeding, had I not been lucky enough to seek her guidance early on! She is definitely the best healthcare professional I have had the pleasure of working with.

(June 7, 2019, 1:32 am)Do not go anywhere else! Rosa was beyond helpful, her service is excellent, and she is very knowledgeable and experienced! During our first session, she evaluated the baby's situation, helped me and baby establish a secure latch, the right breast feeding position, she answered all my questions and concerns and sent me extra material through email.
