My ferret came in with a bump on the head, and in 10 minutes, Doctor Boussouira figured out what was wrong and they operated her the same day. The staff was warm and friendly, everyone was so nice to my ferret, and she left without any of the anxiety she would get from leaving the other vets we went to before. I will definitely keep coming back here. I cannot over stress how amazing the service was. Your pets will be treated like sentient beings, not a business. Thank you again!

(September 12, 2018, 1:59 pm)Usually get good service from them but was not impressed to find out that my female cat had to have stitches taken out when the procedure was done with laser. NO ONE told us to bring her back to have the stitches removed until I noticed them and inquired about it.

(April 15, 2017, 11:32 am)Positive first experience with my puppy. Staff was friendly (reception, assistant and veterinary). They have a clean and nice installation. At the time I went, it wasn't crowded and felt comfortable. Although it was a LOT of information the veterinary (Michele St Pierre) took her time and explained it thoroughly to me. It was clear they have a staff that have experience on what they do and love the animals. Price is reasonable, but your mileage may vary, you're dealing with the health of your animal after all, not an off the shelf product. Also liked the comprehensive opening hours that allow me to go there after work.
Also find it interesting that the owner answers the critics to the establishment here at the reviews. Great attitude toward customer service. -

(November 9, 2016, 2:56 pm)Dr st Pierre is the most kind hearted vet we have ever been to. It is plain to see that she genuinely wants you and your animal to feel at ease. She has taken care of both our dogs, performed surgery on one, and they are both in tip top shape. As for the establishment, the prices are fair, usually slightly lower than most other places. The service is fast, you never wait long for an appointment like in the human healthcare system. They also don't try to make you buy the most expensive food/medication/product. All of the vets we've seen here look for the most affordable option that will work.
Hands down the best vet I've been to an I've been to a lot. We live 45 minutes away but make the trip anyways. Highly recommended.
