Upon delivering the vehicle, he was extremely knowledge and walked be through all the electronics on the vehicle. He was very professional and I never felt that he was pushing and pushing, like other dealers. He was very prompt at returning my calls and emails. Thanks Brossard and thank you Jay

(October 26, 2018, 5:36 pm)What a change…. Be aware that Volvo Brossard has a partially new management team and it is a blessing. I had the pleasure of meeting M. Pascal Villeneuve, General Manager at Volvo Brossard this morning and it was a great experience. He listened to my concerns, immediately fixed what needed to be fixed and agreed that a number of things were not where they needed to be. He assured me that changes are coming and I trust him. I had the same negative opinion as most of the other reviewers and now I do not. It is incredible how listening and making good can totally change someone’s opinion about a brand or a dealership. Before this morning, I was convinced I would never buy again from Volvo Brossard and now I can say that if my next car is a Volvo, it will most likely be from Volvo Brossard.
