  I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew from H Gregoire in Spring 2018. I had Rive Sud inspect and comment on the vehicle during the 30 day guarantee period. Their mechanics found several critical issues with the minivan which seemed to have been missed by both the Mr. Muffler inspection (garage affiliated with H Gregoire) and the SAAQ inspection (minivan is originally from Newfoundland).
  
  Thanks to the critical review of their technical team, I was able to claim many (but not all) repairs under my 30 day guarantee with H Gregoire.
  
  I just brought the van in for a winter tune up since I plan on using it during the holidays to visit my mom in Ontario and my wife and I don't want any surprises. Again, the mechanics identified the remianing critical issues to fix with the minivan (those not covered by the guarantee and those that appeared after the 30 days).
  
  For this tune up, my wife and I dealt with Marc Gariépy who provided excellent service. He was polite, honest and appeared to have our best interest in mind. When I admitted that I couldn't afford some of the repairs that his team recommended (but agreed to most of the others), he was able to find a way to ensure that the critical work gets done without charging me beyond my means.
  
  And unlike Mr. Muffler's work, Rive Sid's repairs are guaranteed for 2 years. I'll happily pay more for that kind of peace of mind.
  
  Overall, I'm happy with Rive Sud. I strongly recommend their mechanic shop.

  I ended up buying a vehicle here more than a year ago because of two things : 1) excellent, pollite and knowledgeable people who work here, always open to negotiations and finding what's right for the client and 2) my obsession with the model I bought. After sales customer support has been the best I have seen so far. Highly recommended!

  We didn't end up to buy a car there, but we had the best possible customer experience with Mr. Dominic Tsang. He was absolutely patient, polite and friendly all the way, despite the fact that each time we were taking a test drive we had to bring our three kids with us. He gave us clear answers, he was not pushing (which is a disease in a dealership industry) and he was following up our requests promptly. He respects his clients.
