  My experience with the Auto Service Dept has been great. Their customer service in that dept has always been friendly and helpful and is not a stressful experience. Also if you buy tires from CTire get the warranty which is $8/tire and lasts 5 years. Well worth it. I have had to rely on the warranty more than once from going over a nail to having a welding wire stuck in my tire. If they can't fix it they replace it with NO hassles. The rest of the store is hit and miss regarding good customer service...

  Changed my battery in a pinch... literally in under 15 minutes when they told me it would take 45. Friendly staff, fast and effective clean experience. Definitely a good place to go.

  Went to get some ice melting salt. Was surprised that the cost for the 20kg bag was less than the cost for the 10kg bag. Had to ask the helpful young man working there to check if the price was correct. It was ????. They have a promotion on the product. Very happy with my purchase and with the attentive staff who helped me to find the other items I needed

  One of the best locations I have been to. Staff are always around to help. Items are usually in stock and if not the staff are there to help. Check out is fast and if there is line up they call for help.

I had some terrible experiences at other Canadian Tire locations (specifically Sheppard and Leslie) but this everyone is super nice and the automotive department is actually organized and sticks to their schedule.
