  It took over a month to resolve the issues.
  I could see the Cuisinart team put efforts to solve the issues.
  
  It was very obvious that there is a big communication problems among the team in the company.
  
  Instead of spending a lot of time & effort to solve the customers’ issues after they already have been occurred, it would be wiser to build a functional system for employees to communicate with each other better.

  Loving the products since day one . My mom gifted me a juicer 2 years ago . Works like new everyday , the clean up ifor me is about a couple minutes long . It really allows me to consume way more fruits and veggies than I normally would. I’m looking forward to trying out more appliances from these guys!

  *** I previously had an issue with the call in support staff and receiving wrong orders. I never gave a star rating then but now after senior staff resolved my issue I would give full star rating for their willingness to help. My situation was very professionally resolved once senior staff reviewed my issue.
  I can now say I have been treated fairly and with respect to the issue and I'm very happy with the resolve from Cuisinart.
  I'm once again a very satisfied customer, thank you for listening and reaching out to help.

  I highly recommend purchasing Cuisinart products.
  After receiving a Cuisinart Air Fryer for Christmas I realized I was really missing out! The oven is a toaster, oven, convection oven AND an air fryer! It even has a light! I have saved so much time and energy. It is the most used appliance in my kitchen.
  
  The people on the Cuisinart team are polite and courteous. Exactly who you’d want to spend your hard earned dollars with
