The young lady at the counter was very patient with me and was very helpful with selling me on multiple napolean products for my home bbq. Thanks Christina and metalworks for making my experience so fantastic

I knew exactly what part I needed, and was expertly helped by Karran. His knowledge, friendliness and overall helpful attitude was exactly what I was looking for.
No pushy sales, just honest trustworthy service... With a full in stock inventory. I will never deal with those large box stores again.
