The young lady at the counter was very patient with me and was very helpful with selling me on multiple napolean products for my home bbq. I knew exactly what part I needed, and was expertly helped by Karran. His knowledge, friendliness and overall helpful attitude was exactly what I was looking for.
No pushy sales, just honest trustworthy service... With a full in stock inventory. I will never deal with those large box stores again.
Metalworks Vaughan is my new go-to!
