Tom was highly recommended by a very close friend when me and my wife were looking to purchase our first home.

We have heard nothing but good feedback so we decided to meet with him and see for ourselves.

Me and my wife very impressed with his demeanor and immediately felt comfortable. He was not pushy and is very knowledgeable/experienced when it comes to real estate. Tom & Mandy has made selling our home very easy. He ensured every little detail was taken care of. He is emaculate with the tasks . Tom is by far the best real estate agent I've ever worked with, and I don't typically rate customer service generously. I've worked closely with dozens of agents, but Tom doesn't compare to any of them.

Without a doubt, Tom's industry knowledge is impeccable. He didn't just use his knowledge and experience to make a sale - he actually took the time to educate me and didn't hesitate to warn me of red flags when I came close to purchasing property that he didn't recommend.

In addition to the fantastic customer service, Tom's generosity and ability to go above and beyond for his clients are admirable. He accommodated my schedule and my disabilities, while treating me with utmost respect. Furthermore, he always had an answer to my questions/concerns. If he didn't have an answer, he would conduct research and confirm the correct information for me. Upon completion of the sale, he even went to the extent of sending me congratulatory flowers as well as updated resources and articles of interest to me.

Tom's vested personal interest in his clients makes it really easy to trust and get along with him. I've recommended Tom to so many family and friends because I trust him.

I was extremely pleased to work with Tom as he is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying and selling processes as well as being able to provide insight to a building's structure/issues. This was so helpful as it kept me focused on potential properties vs. ones with issues. Also, Tom is very professional and fast with information and facts which makes for quick decisions and for seeking out information from other realtors. This was exactly the case for the property that I purchased & thanks to Tom for being on it and working so quickly with the other side, it made all the difference.
