  We used his services to rent our property and he dealt with us with patience and helped us immensely throughout the process. He also helped in facilitating a smooth transition with the previous tenants of the Condo. The Ad he prepared for the unit was very good and impressive. He is a polite person and never hasitated to go an extra mile. He was responsive to our suggestions, needs, knowledgeable about market and very considrate given our position as landlord. Gem of a realtor I must say, based upon our experience with the others who just rush to get the deal signed and then the client pays the price.

  Abdul helped us buy our first home, he is not only a knowledgeable and experienced realtor but genuinely good person we have known for years now who always will look out for you, he is a really good negotiator too.

  Working with Abdul was a breath of fresh air. His approach to helping us find our home was very thorough and something we had never experienced before. He guided us every step of the way, and was more of a consultant than a salesperson. We ended up find a great home and made a new friend as well.

  Working with Abdul was an amazing experience for me and my family.
  I purchased before selling ..knowing that it was OK to go that route ,due to his knowledge of the market and professional advise ... a month later sold at an incredible price .:)
  His negotiation skills was incredible to watch . I did appreciate that I didn't have to go to a bank or drop off and pick up at lawyers ,everything was brought to me.
  Was looking for almost a year and a half even took time out, such Patience ..Wow.
  Would absolutely recommend working together with him if you need guidance in a field that you're not strong in ,but have someone to rely on until the day you move into your new place.

  Abdul is truly great help. I was interested in selling a condo I wanted to sell it in a rush, but Abdul never rushed me he told me to take my time. We waited about two months and I got a great offer more then my asking price. There were a few damages in the condo so Abdul brought in a guy to help repair even though that isn't his job. He is a really great and helpful family member, friend and real-estate agent as well. I would really recommend him.

  I recently purchased a condo with the help of Abdul in 2017. Abdul absolutely exceeded my expectations as a realtor in every area, and his help to me as first time home buyer was invaluable. During my hunt for the right condo, Abdul was very patient and took into consideration all my interests in finding the perfect property. He drove my family and I to multiple property viewings and genuinely voiced his professional opinion on each one. He truly had our best interest at heart in finding the perfect property and never grew tired or impatient during the process. The day I decided to put down an offer, Abdul stayed up late to perform his research on surrounding condos to ensure I was making a well-informed decision on the offer price. His negotiation with the selling counterpart was excellent and he managed to close the deal without a penny more than my offer price. He also continued to keep in touch with me even after his job was done and the purchase was finalized. Overall, I was extremely happy with the quality of his service. I will continue to use Abdul for any future real estate opportunities and would definitely recommend him to others.
