A fabulous business that should be strongly supported. The foods and products that are provided are super-healthy and super-tasty, a very hard combination to obtain. The prices reflect the high quality of the ingredients. The owners and staff are top-notch. My family's favourites are the chicken poutine, shakes (especially the Puslinch Fog and Red Beet), and the sheep milk ice cream. I give this business my highest recommendation.
Such a lovely spot, wonderful and knowledgeable with fantastic coffee, teas, smoothies, take home meals and hummus! We are definitely coming regularly, for good food and conversation.

Really cute market- the coffee is amazing + the all sorts ice cream they carry is delicious. Great place to go knowing that the ingredients are simple and clean. They also support organic and local farmers which is great!
