  I had an amazing experience doing pelvic therapy and massage here. Everyone was extremely nice and the service was very personal. Reception knew me by name after my first visit. I have some rare conditions and was very surprised when the therapists were familiar with them from the start. Each department seems to work together and communicate to give you a full treatment plan. Highly recommended !

  I never realized how important pelvic floor physiotherapy is for a woman’s health until I had terrible back pain during my second pregnancy. Nimmy Thomas, the pelvic floor physiotherapist at Lifemark in Cambridge (Jamieson and Townline) has been helping me for about a year, while pregnant and now in postpartum care. She is very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about the pelvic floor. Her guidance has been invaluable to recovering safely and quickly from being pregnant and giving birth. I highly recommend her. Also the front desk ladies are always friendly, quick and easy to reach over the phone. Making appointments is easy as well as rescheduling.

  I have been going here for several years, mainly for massage. Lori is a great massage therapist as well as being a caring, friendly person. When she had a medical leave the staff made the transition to another therapist very easy. Chris is also an excellent therapist. The front staff are friendly, personable, and will do their best to accommodate the ‘whims’ of the clients. It is very obvious that the staff, all of them, get on very well, enjoy their work, and their clients. I do not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
