  We used Journey to complete our basement renovation following our sewage back up in November 2018. Encountering many fun "challenges" along the way, Paul and his team arrived daily to work and did a fantastic job. They kept us informed, asked questions, cleaned up after each day, and most of all did a quality job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get work done in their home in Waterloo Region.

  In short Paul is a perfectionist. We were tackling a bathroom reno...a complete gut. Paul arrived to quote our job, after talking with us for a while he got a sense of our capabilities and budget. He suggested that we could handle the demo our selves in order to save costs. He gave us some tips on how to handle the demo. As you could imagine with a century home there were some surprises and set backs, Paul was patient and professional. He doesn't cut corners and delivers a job done right. My wife has an appreciation for his eye to detail in finishing touches and how he cleaned up at the end of each day. He and his crew were trustworthy, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. In fact he is back in our house working on another reno!

  Paul and his team renovated our 1950's pink bathroom. They were efficient in their work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were highly communicative throughout the project. I have worked with a lot of contractors over my 8 years of home ownership and was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and skills. I highly recommend Journey Renovations for a bathroom renovation.
